El concurso VALENTINE'S DAY/EN PANTALLA (el “Concurso”) es auspiciado por V-me Media Inc., 450 W. 33 Street, 11th Floor, New York NY 10001 (“Patrocinador”).

1. ELEGIBILIDAD:Puedes participar si:

- eres residente legal y vives en uno de los 50 estados de Estados Unidos o el Distrito de Columbia.

- eres mayor de 21 años.

Los residentes de Puerto Rico, Guam, las Islas Vírgenes de Estados Unidos y todos los otros territorios de EE. UU. no son elegibles.

No pueden participar ni ganar el Concurso, los empleados o agentes del Patrocinador o cualquier otra entidad que forme parte del desarrollo o administración de este Concurso (tales como agencias de publicidad y promoción) y sus parientes directos (padres, hijos, cónyuges, hermanos), además de sus respectivos cónyuges (sin importar su domicilio) o aquellos que vivan en una residencia común con cualquiera de los anteriormente mencionados, estén emparentados o no.

2. Cómo participar:El Concurso comienza a las 6:00 a. m. horario del Este (ET) del 27 de enero 2010 y termina a las 11:59 p. m. horario del Este (ET) del 9 de febrero 2010 (el “Período de Participación”). No se aceptarán inscripciones recibidas antes o después del Período de Participación.

Las participaciones se pueden realizar por Internet.

Inscripciones por Internet: Visita www.vmetv.com/enpantalla y sigue las instrucciones en pantalla. Se te pedirá que proporciones información de contacto básica, como tu nombre, edad, una dirección de correo electrónico válida y un número de teléfono de línea o móvil. Después deberás decirnos que es lo mas divertido que te ha pasado en el Día de San Valentín . Todas las inscripciones tienen un límite de 100 palabras. Se ha fijado un límite de una (1) inscripción por dirección de correo electrónico. En estas Reglas Oficiales, nos referiremos a todas las participaciones del Concurso enviadas por Internet como “Participaciones por Internet”.

En estas Reglas Oficiales, nos referiremos a las Inscripciones por Internet como “Inscripciones Elegibles”.

Límite de una inscripción por persona, por método de participación. Al participar por Internet, confirma estar de acuerdo con la Política de Privacidad del Patrocinador.

El Patrocinador revisará y evaluará las Inscripciones Elegibles según el encanto, creatividad y originalidad. Se elegirá un ganador que recibirá un collar de diamantes enviado a su residencia. Además los 15 finalistas recibirán una selección de regalos conmemorativos de la película.

Todas las Inscripciones Elegibles, independientemente del método de inscripción, se convierten en propiedad del Patrocinador. Al enviar tu participación, estás de acuerdo con que la misma te pertenece y que le concedes al Patrocinador permiso para su publicación libre de derechos, en todo el mundo, sin derechos de exclusividad a perpetuidad y sublicenciable, y en otros aspectos utilizar el material según el criterio del Patrocinador y en cualquier medio de comunicación conocido o que surja en el futuro por el período total de los derechos a los que la participación se encontrase sujeta. Estos derechos tienen vigencia a partir del momento en que se envía la inscripción.

3. SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR:Las decisiones del Patrocinador son subjetivas y definitivas, por lo demás vinculantes con respecto a todos los asuntos relacionados con el Concurso. El ganador recibirá la notificación por correo electrónico o por vía telefónica y se verificará si resulta elegible. Es posible que al ganador se le solicite llenar y enviar una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad, una Autorización de Uso de Imagen (“Declaración Jurada y Autorización de Uso de Imagen”) y una Autorización Publicitaria (legalmente autorizada donde corresponda) dentro de los siete días (7) desde la fecha tentativa de entrega. El incumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales dentro del período establecido, o la devolución de la notificación del premio o imposibilidad de entregarlo, resultará en la descalificación a discreción del Patrocinador y, si el tiempo lo permite, se elegirá un posible ganador alternativo.

4. PREMIO: El ganador recibirá lo siguiente: un collar de diamantes. El Valor Comercial Total Aproximado (ARV, por sus siglas en inglés) del Premio es menor a $2000. Además los 15 finalistas recibirán una selección de regalos conmemorativos de la película.

No se realizarán transferencias, sustituciones o reembolsos en efectivo en lugar del premio a menos que el Patrocinador, quien se reserva el derecho de sustituir el premio (o una parte del mismo), por un valor similar o mayor, lo decida bajo su discreción. Los impuestos federales, estatales y locales son responsabilidad del ganador. El Patrocinador tiene el derecho, pero no la obligación, de efectuar cualquier deducción y retención que estime necesaria o prudente bajo las reglas, regulaciones, códigos y ordenanzas locales. Todos los detalles del premio están a discreción del Patrocinador.

5. REGLAS GENERALES:El aceptar el premio constituye el permiso para que el Patrocinador y aquellos nominados por el mismo, usen el nombre del ganador, la ciudad, el estado, imagen, voz, información biográfica y declaraciones con propósitos publicitarios, de promoción y publicidad en cualquier medio de comunicación, desde ahora conocido, en todo el mundo, en perpetuidad sin compensación adicional, notificación o permiso, a menos que esté legalmente prohibido. Al participar, el candidato (i) acepta eximir y dejar sin efecto al Patrocinador, a la empresa matriz, filiales, subsidiarias y cualquier otra entidad que sea parte del desarrollo, promoción o administración de este Concurso y a cada uno de sus respectivos directores, funcionarios, empleados y derecho-habientes (colectivamente, " las Partes Eximidas”), sin perjuicio, contra cualesquiera de las alegaciones y responsabilidades que surjan en su totalidad o parcialmente, directa o indirectamente, como producto de la participación del candidato en el Concurso, o por mal uso, falta de uso, uso de cualquier premio (lo que incluye viajes o actividades relacionadas); (ii) renuncia a todos los derechos para alegar daños punitivos, fortuitos y consecuentes, honorarios de abogados o cualquier daño que no sean gastos menores incurridos por participar y (iii) acepta estar sujeto a estas Reglas Oficiales y decisiones del Patrocinador que son definitivas y vinculantes en todo lo que respecta al Concurso. Las Partes Eximidas no son responsables por inscripciones incompletas, perdidas, atrasadas, robadas, dañadas, inexactas, ilegibles, mal canalizadas, incomprensibles, retrasadas o sin entregar; o por malfuncionamiento de hardware o software, fallas de cualquier tipo, pérdidas, conexiones de red no disponibles, o transmisiones por computadora fallidas, incompletas, incomprensibles, que podrían limitar la participación del individuo. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su sola discreción, de cancelar, suspender o modificar el Concurso o descalificar a cualquier participante implicado (junto a su participación) en fraude, virus o acciones del participante u otro error o problema técnico de cualquier tipo, o cualquier situación que corrompa o afecte la administración, integridad, seguridad, o la ejecución adecuada del Concurso, determinada por el Patrocinador a su exclusiva discreción. En el caso de cancelación, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de conducir la evaluación y entregar el premio dentro del período correspondiente, tomando en consideración las participaciones elegibles y no sospechosas, recibidas durante el período estipulado hasta el momento del evento o acción que garantice dicha cancelación. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de hacer cambios en las reglas del Concurso que se harán efectivas desde su declaración. El Patrocinador no es responsable de ningún error tipográfico u otros errores en la impresión, la oferta o administración del Concurso, o en el anuncio del premio. En la eventualidad de que este Concurso fuera cancelado antes de la fecha de término del mismo o que se produzca un cambio en las reglas, se informará dicha situación en http://www.vmetv.com/enpantalla/.

PRECAUCIÓN: Cualquier intento por parte del participante de dañar en forma deliberada cualquier sitio de Internet o menoscabar la legitimidad de la operación de este Concurso, es una violación a la leyes penales y civiles, y, ante dicho intento, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a reclamar daños y perjuicios contra el participante hasta el máximo permitido por la ley, inclusive un juicio penal. En el caso de un desacuerdo en cuanto a la identidad del participante, se considerará el correo electrónico del Titular Autorizado de la Cuenta o el número telefónico del servicio de mensajería inalámbrica (SMS) utilizado para participar. El “Titular Autorizado de la Cuenta” se define como la persona que ha sido asignada a una dirección de correo electrónico por un proveedor de Internet u otra organización que sea responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico, para el dominio asociado que indique la dirección de correo enviada o el número de teléfono asignado por el proveedor del servicio telefónico. Las Partes Eximidas no son responsables por ningún error de tipo técnico, mecánico, de impresión, tipográfico, humano o de cualquier otro tipo relacionado con el Concurso, y otras situaciones diversas, lo que incluye en otros aspectos, errores en la administración del Concurso, el procesamiento de las participaciones, el anuncio del premio o cualquier material relacionado con el Concurso; como tampoco son responsables por daños de cualquier sistema computacional como resultado de la participación o el acceso o descarga de información relativa a este Concurso.

6. EL NOMBRE DEL GANADOR: El nombre del ganador se publicará después del 10 del febrero 2010 en www.vmetv.com/enpantalla/

7. SIN GARANTÍAS: EL Patrocinador no garantiza cubrir el premio proporcionado como parte del Concurso.

8. LEY APLICABLE: Todos los temas y asuntos relacionados con la elaboración, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de estas Reglas Oficiales o los derechos y obligaciones del participante, Patrocinador y Partes Eximidas, con relación al Concurso, se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con la legislación interna del estado de Nueva York; haciendo caso omiso de los principios de conflicto legislativo o disposiciones, que causarían la aplicación de la legislación de cualquier otra jurisdicción aparte del estado de Nueva York. Si cualquier reclamo o controversia como consecuencia de este Concurso, las Reglas Oficiales o el incumplimiento de cualquier condición del presente documento, se encuentra sin resolución, se llevará a cabo un procedimiento de arbitraje vinculante en el condado de Nueva York y será aplicado por los Servicios Judiciales de Mediación y Arbitrariedad ("JAMS") en conformidad con la las Normas y Procedimientos de Arbitraje Simplificados (“Normas de los JAMS”) o sus versiones posteriores. Se deben aplicar las Normas de los JAMS para la selección del árbitro, a menos que el árbitro tenga amplia experiencia y esté facultado (licencia) para ejercer en Nueva York. La decisión del árbitro es vinculante, definitiva e irrefutable y no debe aplicarse a tribunal alguno.

9. PRIVACIDAD: El Patrocinador compartirá el nombre e información de contacto del ganador para localizarlo con el propósito de otorgarle el premio. La información enviada por todos los participantes está sujeta a la política de privacidad del Patrocinador, que está publicada en www.vmetv.com.

The VALENTINE’S DAY/EN PANTALLA PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is sponsored by V-me Media Inc., 450 W. 33 Street, 11th Floor, New York NY 10001 ("Sponsor").

1. ELIGIBILITY: You are eligible to enter if you:

- are a legal resident and physically residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;

- are 21 years or older

Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories are not eligible.

Employees or agents of Sponsor or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Promotion (such as advertising and promotional agencies), and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and their respective spouses, (regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any of the foregoing, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Promotion.

2. HOW TO ENTER The Promotion begins at 6AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 27, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 9, 2010 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received prior to, or after, the Entry Period will not be accepted.

Entries may be made Online.

Online Entries: Go to www.vmetv.com/enpantalla/ and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, such as your name, age, a valid email address and a telephone or mobile telephone number. You will be asked to write a brief message telling us the funniest thing to happen to you on St. Valentine’s Day. All entries must be limited to 100 words or less. There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address. All Promotion entries submitted online will be referred to in these Official Rules as “Online Entries”.

The Online Entries will be referred to in these Official Rules as the “Eligible Entries”.

Limit one entry per person. By entering online, you are agreeing to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Eligible Entries will be reviewed and evaluated by Sponsor as to charm, creativity and originality. One winner will be selected and he or she will receive a diamond necklace. In addition, 15 finalists will receive a selection of commemorative items from the film.

All Eligible Entries regardless of method of entry become the property of Sponsor. By submitting your entry you agree that your entry is your own work and you grant Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual and sub-licensable permission to publish and otherwise use the entry in any way that Sponsor chooses, and in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the entry. These rights come into effect upon sending the entry.

3. JUDGING:Sponsor's decisions are subjective and are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Promotion. The winner will be notified by email or phone and is subject to verification of eligibility. The winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release ("Affidavit and Release") and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of date of attempted delivery. Noncompliance within this time period, with these Official Rules or the return of or inability to deliver any prize notification may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

4. PRIZE: The winner will receive: a diamond necklace. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is less than $2000. !5 finalists will receive a selection of commemorative premiums from the film.

No transfer, substitution or cash redemption will be awarded in lieu of the prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor

5. GENERAL RULES:Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and their designees to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrant (i) agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other entity involved in the development, promotion or administration of this Promotion, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entrant's participation in the Promotion or misuse, nonuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto); (ii) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorney' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter; and (iii) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, garbled, delayed or undelivered entries; or for technical hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, lost, unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit an individual's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, or to disqualify any implicated entrant(s), (and their entries) if any fraud, virus, actions by entrants, technical or other error or problem of any kind, or any other occurrence corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct judging and award the prize for the applicable entry period from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that entry period up to the time of the event or action warranting such cancellation. Sponosor reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion which will become effective upon announcement. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize. In the event this Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date or the rules are changed, a notice will be posted at http://www.vmetv.com/enpantalla/.

CAUTION:Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. In the event a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address or SMS wireless phone number used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or the phone number assigned by the provider of phone service. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other error of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion-related materials; or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Promotion.

6. WINNER'S NAME: The winner’s name will be posted after February 10, 2010, at www.vmetv.com/enpantalla/.

7. NO WARRANTIES: Sponsor makes no warranties covering the prize furnished as part of this Promotion.

8. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant, Sponsor, and the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Promotion, the Official Rules, or the breach of any term hereof, cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the County of New York, and administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services ("JAMS") in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof ("the JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding, final and conclusive and shall not be applicable to any court.

9. PRIVACY: Winner's name and contact information will be shared by Sponsor in order to contact winner for the purpose of fulfillment of prizes. Information supplied by all entrants shall be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy which is posted at www.vmetv.com.
